5-year warranty on the light source in our lamps

We offer you an exclusive free 5-year warranty on the light source built into your lamp, worth €79. Should the light source fail within this period, you will of course receive a free replacement. We cover the shipping of the lamp both ways.

How to claim the warranty:

1. Make a warranty claim: Send an email to kontakt@speicherart.de with the subject “Warranty claim & order number” from your order confirmation.

2. Provide information: Please include the order number and a description of the problem with the light source in your email.

3. Return the lamp: If required, we will send you instructions for returning the faulty lamp.

4. Receive your replacement: Once we have received and inspected the faulty light source, we will replace it and send your repaired lamp straight back to you.
