You can order the wooden furniture in different ways. In our online shop , by phone or by email via our contact page .
payment
We accept the following payment methods for purchases: PayPal, PayPal (pay later), SEPA direct debit, Giropay, immediate bank transfer, debit or credit cards, advance payment & on account and Klarna.
We will send you your invoice together with your order. If you would like to receive your invoice by email, please write this in the order instructions in the “Checkout” area.
Yes. You can pay for your order in installments via the payment service provider “PayPal”.

After receiving your order, you have 100 days to send the product back to us free of charge.
After returning your order, you can choose between a refund or an exchange. Be sure to let us know your decision in the return email.
After receiving the goods, it may take up to 14 working days for you to receive your refund. For the refund we use the same payment method that you used when purchasing.

After we have manufactured your product, we hand over your order to DHL. From this point on, delivery takes approx. 1 – 3 working days. You can find specific delivery times in the respective product.
Immediately after your order you will receive a link with your tracking number by email.
In the event of transport damage, you should contact us directly to record. We'll take care of everything else and find a solution together.
