Frequently asked questions

Questions about Nala

Light & control

What light does the Nala give?

The Nala offers three selectable light colours from warm white to cool white and is continuously dimmable. From bright light at your desk to cosy evening light at dinner.

How do I charge the Nala?

Simply via the built-in USB-C port. Thanks to the battery, you don't need a socket while it's in use and can place the light wherever you need it.

Wood, warranty & delivery

What warranty is there on the light source?

The built-in LED light source comes with a free 5-year warranty worth €79. If it fails during this period, you'll receive a free replacement and we'll cover shipping of the light both ways. More about the warranty

Which base can I choose?

The base comes in three finishes: raw steel, black steel and stainless steel, so it suits your floor and your interior style.

How do I care for the wood?

The solid wood is finished with natural linseed oil. Dust is best removed with a soft, dry cloth. To keep the wood looking beautiful for many years, we recommend our Ameno wood care balm.

When will my light arrive?

You'll find the current delivery time above, below the basket button. We make individually configured lights especially for you, so the delivery time is usually 10 to 14 working days. We ship with GLS.

What happens if it's damaged in transit?

Please get in touch with us directly, ideally with a few photos. Together we'll quickly find a solution.

Can I return the light?

Yes. You have 101 days after receipt to return the light free of charge. Simply let us know in writing that you're withdrawing from the purchase, and we'll refund all payments within 14 days. The light should show no signs of use. More about returns

Can I see the lights in person?

Of course! We don't have a showroom, but you're welcome to visit us in our workshop in Kiel by appointment. Just give us a call on +49 (0) 178 579 62 90 or drop us a line.
